Our colleagues Viktor, Lyubomir, and Krastyo from the Laboratory of Physics of Materials and Low Temperatures (ISSP–BAS) took part in the event "Physics Days 2025", part of the "Science Days at the Technical University of Sofia", dedicated to the UN-declared International Year of Quantum Science and Technology.
In front of students, pupils, and teachers, they presented a popular science lecture on the topic: "Modern challenges, prospects, and applications of superconducting materials".
—and captivated the audience with a favorite demonstration of magnetic levitation using a superconductor!
