SP-200 в комплект със сондата за ултра нисък ток позволява множество възможни приложения в областта на фундаменталната електрохимия, нано- и био-технологиите, а така също електролизата и електросинтеза, корозията и покритията, фотоволтаиците, горивните клетки и батерии.
Модерната модулна експериментална установка SP-200 представлява потенциостат и галваностат в един уред. В нея са комбинирани най-новите електронни технологии, което я прави универсален прибор за изследвания в областта на електрохимията. SP-200 предлага плаващ режим на измервена, аналогово филтриране, вградена калибровъчна приставка и висока електронна стабилизация за по-добър контрол по време на работа. Електрохимичната апаратура е оборудвана със сонда за ултра нисък ток, което разширява обхвата на тока от 1 pA до 500 mA. Опорното напрежение може също да се променя в рамките +/- 10 V. Честотният диапазон на апарата в режим на електрохимични импедансни измервания е в рамките от 10 μHz до 3 MHz.
Модерната филтрационна установка предоставя разнообразни възможности за приложение като екстракция и концентриране на растителни субстанции за фармацевтичната индустрия, пречистване и обезсоляване на ценни продукти, мембранна филтрация в големи продуктови обеми, третиране и рециклиране на отпадъчни потоци и др.
Напълно окомплектована лабораторна филтрираща мембранна система (MaxiMem, Prozesstechnik GmbH) с неговата компактна и ергономична конструкция дава възможност за извършване на всички задвижвани от разлика в налягането мембранни процеси като обратна осмоза, нанофилтруване, ултрафилтрация и микрофилтрация. Филтриращата система е съставена от корпус от неръждаема стомана, честотно управляема помпа (работно налягане до 60 бара), температурен контролер за работния съд (обем 2,5 до 100 л), гама от мембранни модули (площ от 200 cm2 до 2.5 m2) и електронен дисплей. Експерименталните условия за работното налягане, производителността на помпата, температурата, потокът на пропускане …, се контролират прецизно и записват за по-нататъшен анализ и проектиране на нови производствени процеси. Качествата на апаратурата за алтернативно сепариране на топлинно и химически неустойчиви вещества я правят уникална за целта.
Пригодена за различни перфузионно-базирани приложения като анализ на жизнения цикъл на клетките, кинетичен отговор на промени в състава/концентрацията на инкубационния разтвор, клетъчна фиксация и имуно-оцветяване, 3D деконволюция, клетъчна миграция, локализация на протеинови молекули, продължително наблюдение и запис през зададен интервал от време.
Системата CellASIC™ ONIX е създадена на базата на микрофлуидна технология и позволява визуализирането, записа и изследването в реално време на биологични клетки при постоянен контрол на потока на разтвор с даден състав. Дизайнът ѝ дава възможност изследваните клетки да бъдат инкубирани в различни разтвори и при различни условия посредством система от микрофлуидни канали с определена геометрия и налягане. Програмното обезпечаване на прибора позволява на оператора да задава времевите интервали и дебита на потоците в отделните микрофлуидни канали. Безспорно предимство на микрофлуидната система е възможността тя да бъде интегрирана с конвенционални инвертирани микроскопи. Микрофлуидната система CellASIC™ ONIX е пригодена за различни перфузионно-базирани приложения като анализ на жизнения цикъл на клетките, кинетичен отговор на промени в състава/концентрацията на инкубационния разтвор, клетъчна фиксация и имуно-оцветяване, 3D деконволюция, клетъчна миграция, локализация на протеинови молекули, продължително наблюдение и запис през зададен интервал от време.

През 2024 г. бе осъществена работна визита от доц. д-р Пурнима Будиме Сантош в Индийския технологичен институт Мадрас в гр. Ченай, където тя проведе съвместна експериментална научна дейност с индийските колеги по лазерно индуциран фототермичен ефект при използване на златни нанообекти върху жизнеспособността на клетъчни култури.
През 2024 г. бе осъществена работна визита от д-р Свати Судхакар от Катедра по приложна механика и биомедицинско инженерство, Индийски технологичен институт Мадрас, за участие в „23-тата международна конференция и школа по квантова електроника: лазерна физика и приложения“, проведена от 23 до 27 септември 2024 г. в Равда, България, където тя изнесе поканен доклад на тема:
“Nanoarchaeosomes Coupled Gold Nanorods: A Synergistic Approach to Chemo-Photothermal Cancer Therapy”.
